Cancellation, reschedule and refund policy

Once the payment is made and your time slot is booked, only 50% of the consultation fee is refundable. The remaining 50% is kept for the reserved slot and the preparation involved.

Need a different time? You can reschedule once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 24 hours before your slot.

If you miss a booked call without telling us, the fee is not refunded.

If we have to cancel your slot, you get a full refund or a new slot, whichever you prefer.
